Graduation day!

A happy day that comes around twice a year. It seemed to have a particularly positive vibe this year. Our events team and that of the university as a whole did an amazing job and it was fun to hold our main reception in our own building. 

I had one meeting at home and then went to work on a relatively empty bus where I got the front seat. Thereafter it was mainly back to back celebrations. And photos. And reading names. And listening to a rather remarkable acceptance speech by our honorary graduate, Naeema Yaqoob Sajid. Two receptions, a dinner and a taxi and I fell into bed exhausted.
