Early Christmas/Birthday Present

My youngest son bought this Fitbit so I can check my heart rate and it gives you warnings when you go into AF. My old watch wasn't very accurate. This one is more up to date. He told me its my early Christmas and birthday gift. My birthday is two weeks after Christmas. Very thoughtful of him. Luckily my heart is still in normal rhythm at the moment.

I was woken up just after 6 am this morning by a small earthquake. It didn't wake John up!. 

Another cold day. We had a light shower of rain overnight, but none since. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer.
