Trees

Another frosty morning, and another incredibly busy day in the office. There were only two if from the team in today, but as we are working on the same thing, we had a good opportunity to do a bit of thinking around a few challenging issues.

I popped out for ten minutes at lunchtime, but ended up walking a bit further than I intended. I needed the break to clear my head, before it was back to the grindstone.

We finished up late. I had just missed a bus, so walked along Princes Street to another stop. I was delighted to get home to find TT putting tea in the oven. I went out for a walk around the block while it was cooking. I got home to find BB and TT on a Teams call, discussing the essay. I left them to it.

I watched a little TV then collapsed into bed.

The sun was shining in the tops of these trees at lunchtime.
