The river

I might not have taken this if a dog hadn't posed in just the right place. It's owner apologised for it getting in the way but I assured her the positioning was just right. There's an extra from the near the top of the hill and just upriver.
We went for a very roundabout wander on Kinnoull Hill, Perth. We go 2 or 3 times a year but I remember a visit 3 years ago, the day Storm Arwen arrived later in the day. Now we're awaiting Storm Bert which has caused an Amber weather warning for the hills to the north and a Yellow just about everywhere else around here - but not Dundee and up the coast a bit! We're still forecast rain, though, which could be interesting if it freezes first.
We stopped off for lunch on the way back and once in I've sewed, crocheted and done some prep for Sunday. I have to keep reminding myself today is Saturday.
