The bowling shield presentation

Today we went to the U3A Bowling Group end of season lunch. We had a lovely meal then the man from Coversure Insurance that sponsors the shield came to make the presentation.

F has won it again (for the fifth time out of nine years) with his partner M. Due to the numberof times his name ison the shield, the man made jokes about him not being allowed to compete again. Each year it has been with a different lady so he's quite popular to be drawn with! He's never bowled before joining the group but has really taken to it.
