Legs

I came back from Asda with a few messages on the no 16, so exited at the Shore. Remembered that we're supposed to be looking for black-headed gulls with leg rings, as they're being tracked where possible. Don't think I can see any on these red legs. Ooh, there's a moorhen as well, only just spotted him.

I, on the other hand, have dug out my old leg warmers, and am definitely feeling the benefit. Mind the gap!
