Woke up this morning feeling ok but when I tried to get out of bed I was so dizzy I struggled to walk to the bathroom. The tablets certainly don’t agree. Usually I refuse penicillin but I was prescribed it last night by a duty doctor after I had seen the paramedic nurse and was texted that the prescription was waiting for me at the late night chemist. In the past penicillin has upset my stomach so much so I won’t have it but as I was given it I thought I’d try as I haven’t had it for years. Never again! I contacted the surgery and have been sent a different prescription.
On a brighter note our shoe boxes have been collected for the first part of their journey. The van took 5 hours to get here because there was so much snow - should have taken one hour 15 minutes!.
