Language skills

Today I went to "Norsktrening" (Norwegian training) at the library. I recently joined the local Red Cross and started volunteering. Last week I observed, but this week I started to have my own group of people, helping them getting better with their Norwegian 
After an introduction round where everyone talked to the person sitting next to them, I used picture cards that the participants took one each and tried to explain to the group. The most interaction comes, I observed, when making a mistake that can be misunderstood. A good laugh together makes it also easier to talk freely.
