Holly

At the garden centre today I was drawn to the holly. Not because of all the seasonal decorations around the place but by the song of a blackbird. It was sitting on the ornamental £49.99 standard holly bushes and stealing the berries off them!

I was out again this evening. I was offering to help make up a choir for the Christmas Carol service. No experience was necessary. I thought I'd be voted off in the first week, but no. No one was to be excluded.

We only have to do something special for 2 carols."You stand over there and sing it like this....." One man, a really nice singer from the regular choir of 40 years ago said he couldn't sing it like that, he could only sing it like the tune goes.

This is going to be fun!!!!
