Chilly Chobham

This was the view of the Memorial Recreation Ground in Chobham this morning when I walked to the village for my newspaper. It was very cold and the hazy sun was adding very little perceptible warmth to the day. There were no players on the tennis courts, although it has floodlights so there may have been some braving the elements this evening.
