Close to the Wind

As an amateur sailor I've followed Pete Goss for many years and was lucky enough to hear him speak at Saltash Sailing Club a few weeks ago.  He came across as a lovely, warm human being 

The rescue of Raphael Dinelli during the Vendee Globe has always stood out as an action of true heroism and it was a delight to listen to Pete's recollection of the events as if he was reliving them as he spoke.

Thankfully, we have a library service, just, and they had a copy of Pete's book.
