This is a shot from the riverfront in downtown Stillwater, Minnesota. The Saint Croix River. Until a few days ago, this chain was underwater. The river is now at least 10 feet lower than it was a couple of weeks ago. It has been a wet spring and summer. It's raining on and off right now. When it doesn't rain the sun comes out. Then it rains again . . .
