Reflecting

Half the morning was spent collecting post and having coffee with the older guys... Then back into town to finish work for this evening and to meet Claire for a 20 minute wander along the Port before going home to cook lunch. 
This afternoon Tux graced me with his presence and snoozed on my lap for ages - funny how privileged it makes you feel when a cat chooses you! 
The course tonight was good....still looking at self-care.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Spotting beauty as Claire and I walked along the Port - loved all the knots in extras.
2) A tasty cobbled together lunch.
3) The joy of having a cat in the home!
