In Repair

I dropped my car off at Prestige this morning to have the scrape on the passenger door (you can see it bottom right of the photo) repaired, along with a few other bits that need touching up.
It was minus five degrees when I left it at half past eight and I was glad I only had to wait a few minutes before Mrs C collected me. I will repay the favour later tonight when I pick her up after camera club. I say “repay the favour” but it’s more a case of having to pick her up if I want to borrow her car to get to Panto rehearsal tonight!
The early start meant that we would have been hanging around for ages if we’d gone straight to the gym for our PT session, so we used the “extra” time to good effect and did a quick shop in Lidl beforehand.
A high rep/minimal rest PT session certainly kept us warm for the next hour, which was a good thing as temperatures hadn’t risen much outside by the time we’d finished. The afternoon was spent preparing prints for the camera club competition (Mrs C) and catching up on paperwork (me). Then it was an early tea before heading out to our evening activities.
