Finally, a seagull in a tree!! There are several of these trees growing at Waterfront Park aka The Boat Landing. All are currently loaded with berries but rarely do they get any attention from the birds. Seagulls gulp up berries that drop to the ground, and stretch their necks or jump up to reach lower branches, but I’ve been anticipating one actually landing on or in it, and today was the day - and I had my camera :)) • A black-billed gull • Another perfect walking day. Cool and dry. Looks like rain is coming tomorrow for a couple of days • After a visit to the post office we drove over to the Redemption Center to turn in all of the plastic and glass bottles, plus cans, we’ve been collecting, and found them closed!! Drat!! We left them in the car for the next attempt • Peace & Love
