A little understated but that's alright

Popped into see mum tonight and was pleasantly surprised to see that she was wearing the cardigan which I crocheted for her birthday.  She didn't know I was arriving so I know it was not a planned show 

We caught up. Work and social life. (My work and her social life) Mean we don't get to see each other day in day out. But not that much is happening in the world for me so there's never that much to tell

Also visited K on the route down from our Glasgow office. It was so lovely to catch up ...  She is as mad as me we did have a giggle
