Pasta bake that took too long...

As it is Wednesday, Rémy & Emma were home for lunch, which we usually have a bit late. Emma arrives first, then Rémy around 1pm. We ended up eating at 2pm - as the pasta bake I made ended up taking me over an hour to prepare.
At least it is healthy-ish... Grated carrot, chopped mushrooms, a home made bolognaise sauce and minced beef. With some cheddar cheese on top. It is probably quicker when I use one of those pre prepared tomato sauces in a jar.
Did a bit of Christmas shopping online this morning and have ordered the Christmas cards from Vistaprint.
Last night I finished a video for my Youtube channel, which I started back in August. It has been a bit too drawn out. I've now added a preview link to my Buy me a Coffee page, the video will go public on Sunday night.
