Leaving

I took the photo of the blue tit leaving the bird feeder with a sunflower heart mid morning when it was calm, very cold and sunny. Not long after taking this the clouds came over, it got very windy and then it snowed! Fortunately I'd just spend 90 mins collecting a wheelie bin full of squashed down leaves from out front, otherwise they'd be all down the road by now. The birds are taking at least a ice cream tub of sunflower hearts from the feeders every other day at the moment. At lunchtime I attended an online update on some big technical changes coming in next year in the profession I used to work in - I was being nosey really as I have no intention of working in it again. 

I had a lovely visit from my friend T, although we didn't get to visit the seals as planned as it was very cold, windy and raining. T treated me to afternoon tea at the Blakeney Hotel which was fabulous, but I forgot to take a photo. My eye issue is no worse than when I went to A&E on Saturday, which is good news.
