Insect unknown

Sitting on the proch of our cabin in our garden this afternoon I have seen lots of insects, butterlies (a.o. a blue one and 3 white ones chasing each other), and a dragonfly. But no one was so kind to sit and pose for me so that I could grap my camera and take a picture. Except this insect. Alas I do not know what insect it is. A moth perhaps?
