Late afternoon exercise

I got home just before sunset this afternoon and rushed down to the dam nearby to get a blip photo of perhaps birds or something.

Here this brave man came past canooing with a speed. You could see he was in serious business in spite of the bitterly cold wind that was blowing. Makes me think of my son that is so serious training for triathlons and even did the Iron Man last year.
