Motuku Moana, White faced heron

Short field trip with Nature Photography club today around the Avon Loop, high tide and not a lot of birds around.  I think this is a juvenile Heron, he wasn't too concerned with us all zoomed in on him and continued feeding.  On the walk back we saw some stunning protea in a private property, lucky for us some were hanging over the fence.  I have put the here
