The hole in my floor

Currently shuffling furniture around the house and one move was a large heavy oak wardrobe.
One of the legs would end up resting on the short cut out floorboard so I wisely decided to investigate first.
Sure enough the usual botched up mess with holes and notches cut for pipes and wires.
The floor board was only sat on one joist with the other resting on the heating pipework.
Fixed up some extra support with small angle bracket and edge timbers glued and screwed. Not the most elegant solution but should suffice.
Chilly day again but bright and dry with a more northerly breeze.
Knocked up a chicken thingy with rice for dinner.
