Snow on the Ben plus Goldfinches

Our day started with blue sky and Ben Wyvis was pure white.
There were hundreds of redwings on the rowan trees so now there are very few berries left. The goldfinches were hungry and Foloh had to refill the sunflower hearts feeder  mid morning. In the extras I liked the flapping wings.
I did some washing but the tumble drier would not work. Apparently it doesn't like low temperatures and we keep it in the garage, So I will have the clothes horse in front of the fire tonight. We had the same problem with a freezer before. I am sure lots of folk keep freezers in their garage. Beko was the only one that said it would work in low temperatures.
In the afternoon we went to Dingwall to buy Christmas stamps and when we came out of the shop it was snowing heavily.  By the time we got back to the car I was soaked and frozen so it was home and the heated throw plus the fire.
