Forced Portrait

I got a job today. A family portrait tomorrow. I have high expectations as does my client but I have no clue how to arrange/manage 11 people I have never met before into a lifetime memory to hang on the wall, twice (two pictures).

I hope they're as patient as this fella - a shot through a window in the Carlsberg grounds.
