Dropped the car into the repair shop this morning and went for a detour walk back home. Plenty of snow about with tons more to come in the next 48 hours.
Boot lid lock faulty in the car. New lock ordered. Due to be fitted on Friday. In the meantime we have the car back and at least the doors all lock and unlock now. Mind you the boot is permanently locked until that new part is fitted.
