Let it snow

Now we’re home that is. I was surprised that the snow had settled overnight but it sure was pretty when we woke up. Definitely early, it’s Eleanor’s birthday today and it’s the first time I remember it settling this early since she was as born a lot of years ago!
We’ve both developed colds over yesterday and last night so we cancelled a trip to Littleborough and we will be staying in for a few days. Hopefully it will warm up a bit before we are ready to venture out again.
