Top of the hill

Good march up and down, including meeting two horses out for a ride at a particularly narrow point. Rosie remains incredibly interested in horses but I managed to get her lead on before she noticed them.

A good swim in the sea, close to high tide so a huge current- Pete and I managed to struggle to the first groyne- it took ages, not helped by it really being too cold to put your face in for any more than a couple of strokes at a time. Totally exhilarating though.
