Phytoplankton
Yesterday at the coast there were hints of foam, but this morning the whole ocean had turned to churning mounds of phytoplankton, piling up in heaps like whipped cream, gathering in crannies like candy floss, heaving itself heavily like breasts (main and two extras). We had lightning, hail, pelting rain, and blasts of sunshine. We drove home in all of it, and I write this from my little apartment on the 10th floor in Portland. It seems it was all a dream, but I have the photographs to prove it was more than that.
I have comments I want to respond to, and I will do that asap. Thank you, thank you for your good company.
