Waiting for a Cardioversion

By 5am I couldn't sleep anymore. I was out of breath and feeling dizzy when I stood up. I rang the ambulance at 8am. 

I was seen quickly in A&E but have had a long wait to see a cardiologist. They are going to give me a Cardioversion later today.. probably around 5pm. 

Hopefully this time I stay out of AF for much longer.

Foot Note 
I was rushed into the theatre at 3pm.
There was only one problem, that was with the IV not working and the drugs to put me out were not going into the vein. That was very painful. They didn't believe me at first when I was saying how painful it was. I wasn't falling asleep ..then they noticed the problem. There was a rush to put in another IV line. I went out like a light then. I should be going home around 7pm after they review my arm. It is still very swollen still and a bit painful.
