Chilly Monday

Chilly Monday at my desk. Prepping a press list and press release, phone calls, admin ahead of a meeting tomorrow. Boring, boring and didn’t make it outside in daylight or to go swim.

This evening pot of tea, hot water bottle and blanket, beanie hat, jumper and cosy cardi and I’m still cold. I swear I’m warmer when I swim outdoors in a cold pool and my body feels so warm after. No blood circulation flying a desk!!

Quite frankly I’d rather be on a night filming shoot in torrential rain doing the location bins than stuck at my desk at home all day. So isolating. Hopefully a temporary situation or I will go mad !! Feels like lockdown.

At least tomorrow morning I have a meeting so will be out! Wearing my wellies in solidation with British Farmers.
