Thursday

I was going to leave Dean (The Decorator) on his own today but by the time I'd walked him round and talked about his plan for the week, and he'd regaled me with his tales of woe from the weekend (he does seem to have a lot of bad luck) I didn't really have a gap in my diary to get to the office. Especially as it now takes longer to get there.

The painting is almost done; walls and woodwork undercoat are to be finished tomorrow and then snagging and wood top coat on Wednesday. We'll probably move back in on Thursday.
