Sunrise over the dead

Woke up with proper man flu, J went down for her training session so took the dogs on a road walk to meet her. Got called in to see the Nikon auditors today to explain the new software system so didn’t get much else done. Finished a bit earlier than I planned as I wasn’t feeling great and stopped off to get some stuff at Sainberries on the way back. J went over to see a friend so took the dogs up to get her prescription and some pills for my man flu before getting an early night.
