Dying embers...

We sat until late out in Joff and Andrea's garden, toasting marshmallows and playing with the charcoal bricks! Lovely to see them and Joff does a delicious BBQ. They have a wonderful kitchen garden too in home-made raised beds and the salad was picked before our eyes. Great to discuss the success of the crops this year and new ideas for the next planting.

Then I did the drive home on the M11 from Duxford. And D has agreed to see my chiropractor about his sciatica, and he has a space free this afternoon. Good news!
