The Cooks River

The Cooks River is polluted as factorys have pumped waste into it for a century. The banks of the river have been upgraded in many parts but others are just concrete with 1000s of plastic bottles lining the edges. In another 10 years I think at will be a pleasant Sydney waterway but it will take a big commitment from all the councils involved.
