Opposite direction

Our night away is a little different from the one we planned. We were originally heading north to Kinross to see Nell Bryden but unfortunately she's ill and the gig was cancelled. As we had booked into the hotel where the gig was being held we thought we'd still go and enjoy a night away. After a distress call early this morning we headed south instead. Almost 12 hours later we are still in A&E. The process of being seen didn't take that long and the scans and tests were also quick. The worrying figure quoted was the 30+ hours wait for a bed.
