Cactus

Since moving the cactus onto the landing windowsill it has thrived. 
I walked to church and I hadn't gone far and the rain came ad it absolutely poured down. Thankfully I had a brolly and it was dry when I came home. I've had a lazy day reading sleeping and getting my things ready for a couple of days away. 
I'm off to Northumberland tomorrow with a few others from camera club. The weather forecast isn't good and it has been meticulously planned by M with sunsets, sunrises and tides in mind. I'm packing everything as I expect to get cold and wet so the kitchen sink is alongside the thermals etc. Just hope my new tripod doesn't take off in the strong winds that are forecast!
