Westerton View

This morning I set out to post a birthday card, the nearest pillar-box inconveniently being some distance away, 

It was a lovely morning, so, having posted the card, I decided on the spur of the moment to walk to Westerton railway station and back along the canal path.

En route I stopped to blip this view: the modern building on the other side of the railway line in the foreground is a fairly new block of flats that look onto the canal, then the view to the west scans the residential area of Drumchapel and the tower blocks of Clydebank in the far distance.

In pain with a bad back, so have taken it easy for the rest of the day.
