Saxstead Post Mill

This lovely windmill was built in the 18th centuary and was working until 1947. I have photographed it lots of times and usually publish it as a mono as I think it makes a really timeless image but with the lovely sky today it’s full colour
We were up quite early as yesterday evening Moreen realised she had left her blood pressure tablets at home. We drove home picked them up and came straight back
We had a good journey little traffic.
We had decided to go to Sunday lunch at the the Mill House pub as they do a very good Carvery, we were a bit early so I got a few pictures of the windmill before we went in
Back to the caravan after and that’s it
Bit of rain last evening and another shower as I write this apart from that a lovely sunny day but cool
