Soup!

Finally, I made  soup.  Ecuadorian Quinoa and Vegetable.  Low sodium.   It was SO good on this dismal rainy cold day that we’re having it for dinner as well as lunch.   Yum.   
Facetimed with a friend, sorted the new puzzle, knit a bit, had a nap, and watched Nik’s college team play basketball.    

Thank you for the support and kind words.   I don’t want this death and dying thing to get too awkward….who knows how long it’s going to be.   I hope before the inauguration Jan 20 but what do I know.  I don’t think this week.  haha!   Anyway, I thought about turning off comments for you but then I’d miss some lovely suggestions.  How come someone in Yorkshire found a low sodium meal Seattle delivery service that I never managed to find?   And your favorite poems.   I like reports of other peoples experience and this is my journal to record mine……  but please not to worry about comments…. I love having to come up with a photo.
