Ouch

This morning I fell while I was running. I don't run super-fast but the momentum of my forward movement slammed me into the cement where I proceeded to skid a little. Ouch! I did walk for a few minutes to make sure I was ok, but then sucked it up and ran all the way home. Go me! Neosporin and advil are my friends tonight!
