My special running buddy

We did sports training with Keely this morning.
Then this afternoon Dina and I took part in the Lobster lollop on the camel trail from Padstow.
She was so eager we did the first mile in 6min 47sec, we did slow down a bit after that fortunately as I was on the verge of nausea. Finished the 5km run in 23min 56sec. She is one amazing little dog and gives her all on these races
