INVITATION

It came in the post this morning from my favourite  Wildlife Artist ~ MaryAnn Rogers ~ inviting me to her open studio  events  to take place on the  last weekend this month or two weekends in December, but she lives in Northumberland  .... 

Not a problem because MaryAnn is on my bucket list (I'm of that age!) And she kindly agreed to indulge me by giving me a special one to one unforgettable visit to her Studio when we were in Northumberland in June.  I purchased a favourite print which reminds me of our wonderful meeting  and the gorgeous County she lives in.

I've had a busy day.  Final things to pick up and do for the 90th Birthday party tomorrow and I've just baked a chocolate sponge for the chocolate raspberry roulade which I'll  finish tomorrow.  Meanwhile Mr HB is skipping the light fantastic up at the Gliding Club for other Birthday celebrations for two of our friends.   Sorry to miss it but have a more pressing engagement tomorrow!
