Didn't feel like doing much today but I forced myself out for a walk, I need to stretch my sore legs a bit! My dodgy fibro leg is improving now that I don't have to go up and down stairs (mum and dads house is full of stairs, can't avoid them!) but they are both aching now! Anyway a bit of a wander followed by a nice nap was just the ticket.
