Juicy Summer Redcurrants

A lovely surprise when my beautiful Thai neighbour Urai brought over this large punnet of redcurrants from her paradise garden of fruits and veg on her croft. Especially appreciated when my workshop is like a sauna from the intense heat of my enameling kiln combined with the summer sun. There`s no way these little fellows will make it to the freezer - perfect summer grazing.
