Into Brighton for our old favourite tapas place: we have hardly been over the last few years since we moved house, but owner gratifyingly still remembered us. Food the same, prices quite a bit higher, but hopefully funding staff loyalty and a good retirement for him. Then to Paco Peña Flamenco company, two hours of absolutely magic. And home.
