More progress

The weather was very cold and wet  this morning and into the early afternoon. As I finally ventured outside around 7.30pm, I noticed that our new stadium is now showing part of the roof construction. I was not sure how well my phone camera would handle this image about 5km in the away, so apologies if some parts are not overly sharp and clear. It is nice to think that we will finally be able to have a true international venue once again in 2026 after a break of 15 years since our last one was damaged beyond repair by the 2011 earthquake.
