Of all this swims, this one has most things going for it except the actual sea. Met Tracy on the beach at 4:30, with high tide after 8, it was still a way off. We sat and chatted in the fading light then I decided I might as well just get in. A fairly long walk to get off my feet but a bit of swimming and then a walk back. I think we are agreed 3.5 hours before or after high tide is a stretch too far. Was all beautiful to look at though and spending an hour on the beach with Tracy always a treat.
