Malmo Supporters- Europa League Tie

I have chosen to blip this small group of supporters from Malmo as they were the only people in the large crowd at Easter Road tonight who had something to cheer about and who went home very happy. Their team was fitter, faster and more skilful than Hibs but that cannot excuse a 7-0 defeat on your own ground. This was a hugely disappointing display from a Hibs perspective and there is a lot of work to do before the season starts next weekend .

The highlight of the evening was the pre-match rousing standing ovation for Lawrie Reilly ,one of the greatest - if not the greatest -players ever to play for Hibs who died earlier this week. What he would have made of tonight's performance and result I think can be left to the imagination.
