Abdon Burf Through The Mist

A lovely long walk this morning, looking down the dale and across to the Clee Hills.

Everything was shrouded in mist, it was still, and cool with very occasional weak sun breaking through the cloudbase.

Not great for clarity in photographs but I quite like these conditions.

I met neighbour R with her lovely cocker spaniel Merlot (all their dogs are named after cheese and wine commodities) and also we met G, a friend from the neighbouring village with her gorgeous black labrador.

A marvellous couple of hours out of the house and enjoying the great outdoors.

This afternoon I went to the doctors to collect both our prescriptions. Mostly pain relief and heart tablets, just to keep things ticking along..

And a pleasant evening in, watching TV and battling with the computer which seems to be on a mission to give me a siezure, regardless of how many pills I eat...GGGrrr..

Have a great weekend everyone, thanks for listening!
