Work in Progress...

Who knew it took so long to part make a cake! 3 hours thus far! Aided and abetted by the lovely JB, the cake diva!

I am not a baker...I can run to a muffin but tomorrow at work we have a fun day and part of that is a cake competition. Time to call on the experts!

The cake is to be topped with berries and a sprig of mint tomorrow and served with a slurp of single cream. Wish me luck... ;)
